The RDR is the FSA’s way of fixing the “broken” financial services distribution model. Whatever your views on it, there is no doubt that it represents one of the most significant changes since regulation was introduced.

The purpose of this survey is to establish the current views of firms towards key elements of RDR – namely knowledge, skills and behaviour. How do your views compare to those in the market? What are the main concerns? We hope you will take a couple of minutes of your time to complete the survey and, in doing so, find out where you stand. We also hope to be able to answer the question: ‘what do enhanced professional standards actually look like?’
