Leadership Development
The team at 2be Development Consultancy has extensive experience
in working with companies to design and implement management and leadership programmes
to address the needs of the current workforce and provide the foundation from which
future leaders will develop.
The team is led by Chris Norburn the director of workshops for our Summit Leadership Development Programme. The team specialises in working with SMEs with up to 500 employees. The team takes the time to understand your requirements and desired outcomes recognising that your commitment to your people must be supported by relevant, motivational and effective support.
Chris and her team work with clients to ensure that any programmes designed are fully supported pre, during and after the workshop phase to ensure that new practices are embedded in the workplace and the agreed outcomes have been met.
