360° Feedback
What is 360° Feedback?
360 degree feedback is normally performance-appraisal data
collected from 'all around' an employee. 360 degree feedback is usually taken from
3 of the following individuals or groups - Line Manager, subordinates, peers, internal
or external customers. The employee is asked to self assess their own performance.
The employee’s views are then compared and contrasted to the views of the other individuals
or groups. Where groups have been chosen the average ratings are used within the
360 degree feedback report. The main objective of 360 degree feedback usually is
to assess training and development needs and to provide competence-related information
for succession planning.. 360 degree feedback is also called multi-rater assessment,
multi-source assessment, multi-source feedback.

licence (one user) costs £175+VAT per annum. A group licence (unlimited users) costs
