SUMMIT
SUMMIT offers a modular approach to leadership development.
There are 3 component
aspects of SUMMIT.
We offer access to a suite of 31 workshops. You can use any of
the workshops to create your own leadership development programme. Our workshops
can be tailored to reflect your specific culture and values. We will also undertake
the design of any bespoke additional workshops you may require.
SUMMIT also offers
a cost effective way of getting a first class, nationally recognised management qualification.
The 8 qualifications on offer are approved by the Chartered Management Institute.
The final module of the SUMMIT programme is access to a behavioural assessment tool
that can measure and track progress of learners. Any elements of the SUMMIT programme
can be utilised independently.
